County Supervisors Approve Four Special-Use Permits

HARRISONBURG - The Rockingham County Board of Supervisors approved four of the five special-use permits presented during a public hearing earlier this week. The request tabled by the board was the only one that drew any opposition. The request concerned a desire by property owner Lydia Dambekalns to build a second residence on her farm in Timberville.
