Rockingham County 4-H'ers Excel At State Congress

HARRISONBURG - Rockingham County took one of its largest delegations ever to the most prominent 4-H event of the year, and that group returned home with a number of honors. Four 4-H members from Rockingham County earned singular honors at the 89th Virginia 4-H State Congress last week in Blacksburg.
