Vehicle Hits Harrisonburg Cruiser, Authorities Say by Jeremy Hunt
HARRISONBURG - A high-speed police chase through eastern Rockingham County came to a halt Monday night in Harrisonburg, when the object of pursuit flew off East Market Street and landed on its side in the median.
Raymond Ward, 45, of Waynesboro, is accused of leading police on a chase on U.S. 33 from Elkton to the city at speeds of up to 100 mph, according to the Elkton and Harrisonburg police.
