Jerry Lee Meadows, 68, of Elkton, died on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Journeys Crossing in Elkton.

He was born on Feb. 24, 1951, in Elkton and was a son of the late Rudolph Garland Meadows and Margie Dean Meadows.

Mr. Meadows was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and was a retired electrician. He was an avid golfer and hunter.

His wife, Debra Ann Meadows, died on March 4, 2019.

He is survived by two daughters, Melinda Mowbray of Elkton, and Susie Hammer of Shenandoah; a son, Jeremy Meadows of Elkton; two brothers, James Meadows of Winchester, and Jonathan Meadows of Elkton; a sister, Judy Hedrick of Harrisonburg; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Good; and a brother, Mark Meadows.

A graveside funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, May 21, at the Elk Run Cemetery by Pastor Carter Dean.
