Coach Gets Into Dukes' Heads

HARRISONBURG - Dr. Challace McMillin insists he doesn't win or lose college football games anymore. Those days, the 66-year-old said, ended when he finished his run as James Madison's coach in 1984. But while McMillin wants no credit for the Dukes' recent success, he is still working with the team and - to hear the coaches and players tell it - having a major impact.
