TOWN OF DAYTON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on site at 165 Westview Street on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., to establish setbacks for the construction of a single family dwelling on a non-conforming lot of record to be known as 165 Westview Street and more specifically referred to as Tax Map Number 107D1-(4)-L11. After the site visit, the meeting will conclude in the Council Chambers of the Dayton Municipal Building located at 125 Eastview Street, Dayton, Virginia. All interested parties are welcome to attend in person but must comply with social distancing, wear masks and other public safety considerations associated with the pandemic. Individuals who do not wish to attend but would like to participate may submit written comments to chall@daytonva.us.
